Return Window

You may return unworn, unwashed, and unaltered items within 30 days of delivery for a full refund or exchange.

Conditions for Returns

• Items must be in original condition with all tags attached.
• Dresses, jumpsuits, and sets showing signs of wear, stains, makeup, perfume, or smoke odor will not be accepted.
• Accessories and intimates are final sale unless defective.
• Clearance or final sale items cannot be returned.

How to Initiate a Return

1. Email us at customer@insudos.com with your order number and reason for return.
2. You will receive a prepaid return shipping label via email within 1–2 business days.
3. Pack the item securely in its original packaging, attach the label, and drop it off at the designated carrier location.
4. Once your return is received and inspected, we will process your refund within 5–7 business days.

Return Shipping Cost

A flat fee of $6.99 will be deducted from your refund for return shipping, unless the item arrived defective or incorrect.

Exchanges

For faster service, we recommend placing a new order and returning the original item. Exchanges are processed as a return and new purchase.
